【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemeth-odsofintegranularcorrosiontestingforsolutionheat-treatablealuminiumalloyswithoutprotectivecoatings.Thesensitivityofsolutionheat-treatablealuminiumalloystointergranularcorrosionisafunctionofthealJoychemicalcomposition,methodofmanufacturing,solutionheattreatment,quenchtreatmentandarti-ficialprecipitationhardening(ageing)treatment.Inthenaturallyagedcondition,thesensitivityofsol-utionheat-treatablealuminiumalloystointergranularcorrosionisafunctionprimarilyoftherateofcoolingduringquenchingoveracriticaltemperaturerange.1.2ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletocastandwroughtheat-treatableatuminiumalloysintheformofcastings,forgings,plates,sheets,extrusionsandsemi-finishedorfinishedparts,inordertocarryoutcomparativeassessmentofalloysofdifferentgradesandthicknessdependingontheirchemicalcompositionandotherfactors,andalsotocheckthethermalprocessingqualityofthetestedmaterials.Thetestresultsprovideinformationtodeterminetheintergranularcorrosionresistanceandthermalpro-cessingqualityofthetestedmaterials.1.3Thetestresultscannotberegardedasabsolute,becausetheyarenotapplicabletoallenvironmentsthatcanbemetinservice.Theyarebestusedmarelativemanner,tocomparetheintergranularcor-rosionresistanceofvariousheatsofsolutionheat-treatablealuminiumalloys.
