【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameasurementofcommonlyfoundimpuritiesincommerciallyavailablemethylisobutylketone.Themeasurementoftheseimpuritiesandtheresultsthereofcanindividuallyorwhentotaledandsubtractedfrom100(assay)beusedforspecificationacceptance.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthepurityofmethylisobutylketone(MIBK)bygaschromatographyandinadditionprovidesameansformeasuringcertainimpuritiessuchasmethylisobutylcarbinolwhichareofinterest.ImpuritiessuchaswaterandacidityaremeasuredbyotherappropriateASTMproceduresandtheresultsareusedtonormalizethechromatographicvalue.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thefollowingappliestoallspecifiedlimitsinthisstandard;forpurposesofdeterminingconformancewiththisstandard,anobservedvalueoracalculatedvalueshallberoundedoff"tothenearestunit"inthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththeround-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5Forspecifichazardinformationandguidance,seethesupplier'sMaterialSafetyDataSheetforthematerialslistedinthistestmethod.
