【摘要】:ISO20683-2:2004isapplicabletotowbarlessaircrafttowingvehicles(TLTVs)interfacingwiththenose-landinggearofciviltransportaircraftwithamaximumrampmasscomprisedbetween10000kgand50000kg(22000lband110000lb),commonlydesignatedas"regionalaircraft".TherequirementsformainlinetransportaircraftwithahighermaximumrampmassarespecifiedinISO20683-1,whichisnotapplicabletoTLTVswhichweremanufacturedbeforeitsdateofpublication.ISO20683-2:2004specifiesgeneraldesignrequirements,testingandevaluationrequirements,maintenance,calibration,documentation,records,tracingandaccountabilityrequirementsinordertoensurethattheloadsinducedbythetowvehiclenotexceedthedesignloadsofthenosegearoritssteeringsystem,orreducethecertifiedsafelifelimitofthenosegear,orinduceastabilityproblemduringaircraftpushbackand/ormaintenancetowingoperations.ISO20683-2:2004specifiesrequirementsandproceduresfortowbarlesstowvehicles(TLTVs)intendedforaircraftpush-backandgaterelocationormaintenancetowingonly.Itisnotintendedtoallowfordispatch(operational)towing.Dispatchtowingimposesgreaterloadsonnosegearsandaircraftstructureduetothecombinationofspeedandadditionalpassenger,cargo,andfuelloads.ISO20683-2:2004doesnotapplytotowbarlesstowingvehiclesinterfacingwithaircraftmainlandinggear.
