【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60749establishesastandardprocedurefordeterminingthepreconditioningofnon-hermeticsurfacemountdevices(SMDs)priortoreliabilitytesting.Thetestmethoddefinesthepreconditioningflowfornon-hermeticsolid-stateSMDsrepresentativeofatypicalindustrymultiplesolderreflowoperation.TheseSMDsshouldbesubjectedtotheappropriatepreconditioningsequencedescribedinthisstandardpriortobeingsubmittedtospecificin-housereliabilitytesting(qualificationand/orreliabilitymonitoring)inordertoevaluatelongtermreliability(impactedbysolderingstress).NOTECorrelationofmoisture-inducedstresssensitivityconditions(ormoisturesensitivitylevels(MSL))inaccordancewithIEC60749-20andthisspecificationandactualreflowconditionsusedaredependentuponidenticaltemperaturemeasurementbyboththesemiconductormanufacturerandtheboardassembler.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatthetemperatureatthetopofthepackageonthehottestmoisturesensitiveSMDduringassemblybemonitoredtoensurethatitdoesnotexceedthetemperatureatwhichthecomponentsareevaluated.

【摘要】:Copperisfoundinnaturallyoccurringmineralsprincipallyasasulfide,oxide,orcarbonate.Itmakesupapproximately0.01%oftheearthrsquo;crustandisobtainedcommerciallyfromsuchoresaschalcopyrite(CuFeS2).Copperisalsofoundinbiologicalcomplexessuchashemocyanin.Copperenterswatersuppliesthroughthenaturalprocessofdissolutionofminerals,throughindustrialeffluents,throughitsuse,ascoppersulfate,tocontrolbiologicalgrowthinsomereservoirsanddistributionsystems,andthroughcorrosionofcopperalloywaterpipes.Industrieswhosewastewatersmaycontainsignificantconcentrationsofcopperincludemining,ammunitionproduction,andmostmetalplatingandfinishingoperations.Itmayoccurinsimpleionicformorinoneofmanycomplexeswithsuchgroupsascyanide,chloride,ammonia,ororganicligands.Althoughitssalts,particularlycoppersulfate,inhibitbiologicalgrowthsuchassomealgaeandbacteria,copperisconsideredessentialtohumannutritionandisnotconsideredatoxicchemicalatconcentrationsnormallyfoundinwatersupplies.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofcopperinwaterbyatomicabsorptionspectrophotometry.Threetestmethodsareincludedasfollows:TestMethodConcentrationRangeSectionsA-AtomicAbsorption,Direct0.05to5mg/LB-AtomicAbsorption,Chelation-Extraction50to500g/LC-AtomicAbsorption,GraphiteFurnace5to100g/L
