【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforevaluatingtheconstancyandrepeatabilityoftheintensityscaleofAugerelectronspectrometers,forgeneralanalyticalpurposes,usinganelectrongunwithabeamenergyof2keVorgreater.Itisonlyapplicabletoinstrumentsthatincorporateaniongunforsputtercleaning.Itisnotintendedtobeacalibrationoftheintensity/energyresponsefunction.Thatcalibrationmaybemadebytheinstrumentmanufacturerorotherorganization.Thepresentprocedureprovidesdatatoevaluateandconfirmtheaccuracywithwhichtheintensity/energyresponsefunctionremainsconstantwithinstrumentusage.Guidanceisgivenonsomeoftheinstrumentalsettingsthatmayaffectthisconstancy.
